Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after being processed (We do not ship on holidays or weekends). In some cases, some orders may take longer to ship. We aim to give you as much information as possible to better help you make a purchasing decision. During the holidays it may take longer to ship your order, so we recommend that you order early.
We will begin shipping Valentine, Easter, and Christmas candy approximately four weeks before the holiday.
Damaged Items:
Please realize that most of our candy is very fragile. If you receive an item that is damaged, we urge you to notify us within 24-48 hours upon receipt by calling us at (856) 783-1099.
