*By 11:59 PM Eastern. For delivery on or before 12/24 to contiguous US. Deliveries delayed because of weather or uncontrollable factors cannot be guaranteed. Large orders over $100 and items with low or no stock cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed using these methods after the specified date cannot be guaranteed.

Most orders leave our factory within 1-7 business days after being placed, as most items are made to order. We ship only Monday through Thursday to limit holding time in shipping warehouses. You will receive emails once your order is placed and another once it ships. Once your order leaves our factory, please allow for time in-transit with the carrier. In total, please allow up to 12 business days to receive your order. Some orders may take longer to produce and/or ship, especially February through April and November through December due to high demand.

During the warmer months and in certain climates, we highly recommend that you ship your chocolate order via UPS Next Day Air. We are not responsible for melting if your order is not shipped Next Day Air. Shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout. Giambri's reserves the right to use any shipping company (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) instead of the one listed at checkout.

Please realize that most of our candy is very fragile. If you receive an item that is damaged, or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we urge you to notify us within 24-48 hours upon receipt by emailing info@giambris.com and referencing your order number. We'll be happy to ensure you're satisfied with your order!
