Shipping Timeline
Most orders leave our factory within 1-7 business days after being placed, as some items are made to order. Once your order ships, please allow for additional transit time with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather conditions once the order has shipped. You will receive email notifications when your order is placed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.
During peak seasons - especially February through April and November through December - production and shipping times may be extended due to high demand. We begin shipping Easter and Christmas candy approximately 4 weeks before the holiday, and we encourage you to order early.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Giambri's reserves the right to select a shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) other than the one listed at checkout if the transit time will remain the same.
Not all shipping speed options are available to every location. Rates and services are selected based on transit time and cost, so higher-priced options with the same transit time may not be displayed at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided. Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment and are not eligible for a refund.
Order Support
While each order is carefully packed, please realize that most of our candy is fragile, making it susceptible to damage during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we urge you to notify us within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt by emailing info@giambris.com and referencing your order number. We'll be happy to make it right!
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, Warm Weather Protection is used to help ensure your chocolate order arrives in perfect condition. Each order will be carefully packed with insulated packaging and a reusable ice pack to minimize the risk of melting during transit. A seasonal charge will be applied at checkout to orders containing chocolate items. If you are selecting in-store pick up, this charge will be refunded. This fee does not apply to orders containing only hard candy.
To further protect your order, available shipping methods may be limited to options with transit times of two days or less. We will ship Monday through Wednesday to help avoid extended time in transit or in non-climate-controlled facilities. During periods of extreme heat, we may temporarily hold shipments to prevent damage to your order.
You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. Please keep an eye out for your package and bring it inside promptly to protect it from the heat.
If Warm Weather Protection is not in effect, we still recommend customers in warmer climates select a shipping method of 2 days or less to help ensure product quality upon arrival.
