First let me start by telling you how astonished I am with your stellar customer service. You handled a problem with my order in a way that let's your customers know you want to keep them. I am forever yours now! Thank you! I ordered the pretzel candy canes to follow up on a letter from Santa for my granddaughter. When they arrived, they were simply a mess in about 20 pieces each. I called and was told they would be replaced and I should receive them within a few working days. To my surprise, when the box arrived I opened it and found a double order, a beautiful ornament and a very nice card attached to one of the boxes. Let me tell you from a customer point of view, this level of service is what every company should strive for. Your service will be very hard to beat by your competitors. Keep it going. Now, as far as the products go, I am extremely happy with this item as well as the Candy Cane Peppermint Pretzels. The size and shape are perfect, the flavor is outstanding, and it is going to make a little girl smile with joy when she sees it on her Santa gift!

I’m not even kidding when I say this is the best candy I’ve ever tasted. I was dreaming of these all year since I tried them last year. As soon as I saw them back up I ordered. I bought some for gifts as well but I’m afraid I’ll eat them all myself before I get to give them!

I tucked one of these into the toe of everyone's stocking this year. They were a big hit - and they're wintergreen, which is so hard to find but everyone in my family is crazy for! I can see this becoming a yearly thing.
